What kind of business tax return do you need to do?  Are you a Single Member LLC that is an S Corp or partnership etc?   If you need to do a 2023 tax return you need to buy the 2023 Desktop program.  You can buy the last 3 years of Turbo Tax here,

The Business program is only available for Windows, not Mac or Online.
