Can I file form 1120 through turbotax for a C-Corporation?

The answer is "yes", however, there are some caveats.

The software you need is TT Business (not home and business).  This product is only available as a CD or download.  Additionally, it is only available for windows environment.

See the attached link.  This link only shows "preorder" so I am not sure if TT is still providing this product for 2018.  You may have to purchase it from a 3rd party.

You would need to use the TurboTax Business Edition (not the Home & Business edition) to complete and file a Form 1120 for a C Corp.

The TurboTax Business Edition can only be installed on a Windows based personal computer, not on a Mac or online.

The TurboTax Business Edition cannot complete a personal tax return, Form 1040.

Yes, you need TurboTax Business (the 2020 edition) which is only available as desktop product (installed on a Windows computer); there is no online or Mac version.
