can I efile 1099MISC with my TurboTax Home and Business software

I need to file 1099MISC to the IRS. The hard copy of this 1099MISC was sent mailed to the recipient back in Jan 2021 but I forgot to file it with the IRS. Does TurboTax Home and Business desktop version have the efile 1099 capability? If so, how do I efile. Thanks very much for your input!
