Yes you can deduct the WA B&O tax as a business expense. You can include the B&O tax under "Other Common Business Expenses" > "Taxes and Licenses".

Once you have signed into your TurboTax Account (for TurboTax Online sign-in, click Here , then select "Take Me to My Return"), type "Schedule C form" in the search bar then select "jump to Schedule C form".
