All of the Business Credit section does not apply to me, but the page for entering that information is requiring contradictory answers for Carryforward/carryback fields

The message "ensure that you have entered in the necessary information" is showing up on the page, and an error message for the Credit Carryforward or Carryback Amount reads "Minimum value is 1" - but entering anything besides 0 is both inaccurate in my case, and then requires information on business credits (none of which apply)
