Accidentally deleted the entire business and all entries... is there a "back" or "restore" capability?

Unfortunately, no. You will need to re-enter the business in TurboTax Online. If you filed the business on last year's return, use that Schedule C to rebuild this year's Schedule C. The program saves as you go, so once you delete something, it is gone. :(
