2018 I checked the box on my 1120-s and SK1 that it was the company's last filing, was told TT would generate all forms needed to dissolve with feds. is this correct?

Just want to make sure I dont need to do anything this year. I was a sole stock holder.

Since you checked that box, the IRS will be informed that you will no longer be filing corporate tax returns, so that is all you need to do as far as your federal income tax filing is concerned.
