Make sure you entered the unemployment/PFL under Personal Income>Unemployment>Government Benefits on Form 1099-G unemployment and paid family leave. If you entered the 1099G in wrong section, be sure to go back edit, then delete. There are several sections to enter a 1099G double-check your entry to make sure its under unemployment, and not government payments or state and local tax refunds (sounds like it is). You could always in the search menu type "1099g" and click the blue jump to link and it should take you directly to unemployment and paid family leave for federal and will carryover to state. Fix in federal first.
Hi @MichaelG81 thanks for your reply! I actually entered it under unemployment/PFL which is where my confusion came in. Please see below. I've tried deleting and re-entering but once I go to submit, it asks for a review of the business information again.
This has been resolved!! For anyone with a similar issue, the issue was that the 1099-G could not be uploaded in to the PLF section, it needed to be manually typed. Once I deleted and typed the information in myself, it worked. Thanks @MichaelG81 for replying and the help.
