Are you asking about a Form 1099-NEC that you received from someone who paid you for your services, or are you asking about issuing a 1099-NEC to someone that you paid for services provided to your business?

If you are trying to prepare a 1099NEC  using the Desktop Create Forms and not the online  QEF Quick Employer Forms, people have been posting and complaining about it not being ready.   We keep reporting it.  Hopefully it will be  updated soon.
