I know I can look online for my personal transcripts that show any 1099's sent to me, however; is there a similar way or system to check for 1099's sent to my business / EIN.
I file as a single member llc, I have several 1099's for my business but worry I am missing some and do not want to cause any issue once I file. I record the revenue regardless but do not want an unlisted 1099 to cause a red flag even though the revenue is recorded.

If you have recorded all your income, then you can declare your income without entering each individual 1099-NEC. This is allowed by the IRS and a lot of businesses do just that. This will not cause a red flag with the IRS if your declared income is larger or equal to the total that the IRS has under your EIN.
Ok, this makes sense. But, say I wanted to still access them if available. Is there a way or process that you know of?
Yes, there is process for that, but it is not fast, like the individual tax transcript that you can look up online.
You can file Form 4506-T for your business and request a copy of your business's tax transcript. You have to mail in the signed form and the IRS will mail your information to you. This usually takes at least eight weeks.
