I got a form 1099 B with only a payers TIN . I dont know who sent it. how do I identify the sender?

Do the transactions reported on the 1099-B tell you, or give you an idea who sent it? Was the issuer on the envelope? Did you get a 1099-B from them last year? If so, it might be on your 2021 tax return. Perhaps you can determine who it is by doing an internet search on the senders TIN?

Does it have your name and amounts on it? Try searching the TIN on Google or another web browser to see if you can find more details.
