They have to contact other persons. I don't have to do anything at this time.

It just means your return is in Pending status. They could be verifying forms, authenticating your identity, or they may need more information from you.

Since you have received the letter from the IRS, don't make any changes to your return. This can cause further delays in processing your return.

How can I access my identity protection dashboard? I don't see it, help I've received emails from IDnotify (noreply@mail.idnotify.com) to sign into Turbo tax to view it
