I filed online it was regected , I filed on paper , still not processsed

You do not mention how long ago you mailed your return.   If it is showing on the IRS refund site--even as not yet processed---then the IRS has your return and it still has to go through all the IRS stages of processing.  All you can do is wait.   TurboTax gets no updates and TT cannot speed up the IRS for you.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
