Do i use refund amount on tax return or amount after state filing fee 29.99 and taking that amount out of my refund 34.99 is deducted? For use on wheres my refund tool?

You would use your anticipated refund amount without any fees removed from it (TurboTax or otherwise) when using Where's My Refund? tool.

For example, if your refund was $400, and you had state filing for $29.99 and chose to deduct that from your refund, you would still use $400 as your refund amount when using the Where's My Refund? tool.
