Laddidles .i don't understand .. I really don't
One rep told me it's saying it's not been receive
But wouldn't they have known that weeks ago ..im at 7 weeks now they are telling me to fax again . I just faxed it again. 4/ 8

@pmj481970 I truly feel the same exact way, there is no consistency in any of this. It would be totally different if there was but there's not, some people get letters some don't, some wmr's update some don't, some get it less than 4 weeks (even though they say 😎 some don't, some faxes go through some don't (even though we have confirmation that they do). Then to top it off every time you call for an update even a rep says something different. I'm extremely frustrated with this.

Friend of mine told me that when you send the papers they get them and send them to different people in the office so they just sit on the desk until they get to them they have a deadline to get them all out So it’s basically a waiting game y’all should get them this week

Slim8338 I was told that my account had the code 324 meaning they still had not receive my 1095 8692 forms .. buy the code 324 meant they will.still work up my refund with the info they had from the market place .. wmr has still being processed ..

@slim8338 sent mine two days prior to you and my wmr still has no update, and called for the 3rd time Friday and all they said was nothing yet still have to wait 8 weeks.

after 5 long weeks (from date of faxing my docs) I confirmed yesterday that they have received my fax and it is still processing and to wait the 8 week time frame!
