What does "Your tax return is still being processed. A refund date will be provided when available." Exactly mean?

I got the still Processing code as well but hopefully all I have to do is verify, I was told by a agent that if you filed after late March they won't put you on a delay. So I must just be missing information my 21 days is up on the 11th they said I could call back then so I will

Seems like im not the only person waiting past 5 months for a return. The constant 60 day restart button is driving me crazy. The we sent a correspondence letting you know your refund date never showed up at my own address can you believe that. Its been processing since 4/24 i was told i was under review but that case was closed. So why am i still waiting. They never sent me my ip pin number so i had to file through paper. Ughh i need my money

 Have you spoken to the IRS?  If you can't get good information from the IRS, or they aren't living up to their promises, you can speak to the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service.   They are especially prone to help if there is a financial hardship.

At the following IRS website, find the USA map and click on your state, and it will give you the number of your IRS Taxpayer Advocate.

@epo39b thank you so much! I called 3 wks ago a guy told me my 60 days was up and he would put another referral in which will be another 60 days of waiting i will definitely check that out
