This is the second time I'm asking this question. I filed my taxes early February of this year. The refund was sent on or about Feb. 13th. I contacted the IRS, and was informed that the account and routing number of my return was not the same as the one I submitted to Turbotax. I elected to pay for Turbotax's services by taking the fees out of my refund. I believe the refund has already been sent to Turbotax, and they've received it, but I have not. Whom should I contact in order to request a check for my refund?
I need to speak to someone about this issue. I've called the automated system numerous times, and it's been impossible to talk to an actual person. Thanks.

You may check the status of your Refund Transfer by visiting https://taxpayer.sbtpg.com/login. You will be able to see if your TurboTax fees have already gotten deducted from your refund. If you do find that your fees have been deducted, you can contact SBTPG customer service to verify the bank account information at https://help.sbtpg.com/hc/en-us/articles/230084587-Contact-Information.
If you are unable to get any information regarding where your refund is, then you would need to contact the IRS at 1-800-829-1954 to initiate a refund trace. The Bureau of Fiscal Service may need to review your claim before they can re-issue your IRS refund check, which can take up to 6 weeks to complete.
