You just e-filed it as a joint return?  You cannot change anything while the return is pending.  If it rejects before Monday, April 15, you can change it and file separately if you really want to.  But after the filing deadline on April 15, 2019 you are not allowed to change a joint return to married filing separately.  So unless it rejects by Monday, you may be stuck with the joint return you e-filed.
