You can sign back into your return and add your 3rd W-2 form if you have not already filed.
If you have already filed, you will need to wait and see if your return is accepted or rejected. If accepted, you will file an amended return. If it is rejected, you can add the W-2 and then re-file. The IRS will begin accepting on Jan 29, so check back after that date and check your return status. Hopefully, you return gets rejected and you can add the W-2 and re-submit.
