You can check the status of your state refund. Here's more information on how to do that. There's a list of states. Click on your state and it will lead you to your states refund website.

You can also contact Customer Care (888) 285-4169 for your prepaid visa card.

The number you see is from an old post dated 06/04/2019. If you are having trouble with your Turbo® Visa® Debit Card, please click here for a list of FAQs. If you would like to speak with someone in customer care, please click here.  The IRS estimates that most refunds will be sent within three weeks after your e-filed returns are accepted. Many refunds will come sooner. You can check the status of your refund by going to www.irs.gov/refunds. You can also click here to see a chart with estimated refund dates based on the date your return was accepted by the IRS. Some 2019 Federal Refunds will be delayed due to the Path Act. Please click here for more information.
