I conceded to a Federal Audit, they requested that I not file and amendment. The state hasn't caught the error yet so before I get audited by them I went to file and amendment for the State. When I re-ran the numbers in Turbo tax the Federal came to $500 less than what the Feds said I owed. Can I still refile the amendment for the Feds after conceding?

No, but you may be able to request an audit reconsideration. An audit reconsideration is a process that reopens your Internal Revenue Service) IRS audit.

Advocate Service is your voice at the IRS.
Do you know why there is a $500 in tax? If not, you should compare the copy of your federal tax return that shows $500 less tax to the report that Internal Revenue Service(IRS) has given you to find out what is causing the $500 difference.
