I didn't work in 2014 and 2015 and I didn't make any income. My wife used to help me until I start working in June 2016. Please advise how can I get none filer litter for 2014 and 2015 for immigration purpose? Thank you very much

Were you married in 2014 and 2015?  Did your wife file as "Married Filing Jointly", or did she file as "Married Filing Separately"?

Yes, married, but my wife filed separately.

As rjs showed, you can order a transcript that shows that you did not file a tax return.

However, I suspect that is not going to satisfy whoever is asking for it.  I suspect their next question would be WHY didn't you file a tax return, and want proof of that.

You could also order a "Wage and Income" Transcript that would show any W-2s, 1099s, etc. that the IRS received for you (in your case, it would show they did NOT receive anything from you). That MIGHT work.

However, in many cases, the best response would be to file a tax return reporting your $0 of income.  Then you could show them you filed a tax return.

A Verification of Non-filing Letter is considered a type of transcript. You can get it at the following link on the IRS web site.

Thank you, it been over a week and I tried every day they said Your request cannot be completed and when I call, they said they facing technical  difficulty!! It's been over a week!

You could try going to an IRS local office (Taxpayer Assistance Center). They might be able to give you the letter on the spot.
