Our business is a physical location a town over - we do NOT claim any part of our home as deductible. We reimburse work related drives at $0.545/mile and understand home to work or vice versa is not deductible. If I run an errand from my house & back specifically for the business is it reimburseable? Ex. I need to make a Bank deposit for the business and travel from my house and back.

Yes, if you use your car for a business purpose (running an errand to the bank for example), then the miles that you drive are deductible.
It is not required that you have a home office to be able to deduct the miles. However, you should have detailed records to document the business miles.
