Yes, I am asking about a 2020 2022. Refund That I filed And I went to The main office to speak with someone about my refund of 1800 never heard anything back.can u help?

They told me in 9 weeks or so I would receive a Check-in the mail.
But that hasn't happened. I have since then have filed again 2023 Through turbotax and and got my money for this year.
I also filed the previous year's threw turbotax as well.i was approved and all but no money or check there should be records somewhere that I could get some information it told me one time it was processing. So I don't know what to do and need help from a professional I deserve my taxes back as does anyone I have always filed .please can someone help me out ,plus I was locked up during the covid but only 6 months idk if that's why or not but I read that even incarcerated ppl get money back to
