Would it make a difference if my status still on file says self employed instead of employed? I deleted it when i was doing my taxes but it still has that under my name.

I have a current life insurance license but I haven't written anything all year. I work full-time now at a surgery center.

Your status of self-employed (or not) does not affect your taxes in any way. The occupation listed on your tax return is used for statistical purposes only and does not affect your taxes.
