Will the "where's my refund" thing on IRS not working effect the TurboTax tracking?

It's all part of the IRS not being able to accept e-files. Equipment failure they say. I would think if the IRS doesn't have the returns in the system or cannot track them, neither can any software e-filing company.

If taxes were accepted does that mean im going to get my taxes
