I think I might of did my stimulus wrong when I registered its saying if federal and 0 on 2019 taxes when I never filed for it but when I started it I clicked register for stimulus I'm a little confused
It depends upon what or where you entered your information.
If you have filed a tax return in 2018 or 2019, you do not need to do anything. The IRS will use the most updated information from your tax return.
If you have Social Security income and are not required to file a tax return, you do not need to do anything. The IRS will use the information used to deposit your Social Security payments.
If you have not filed a tax return for 2018 or 2019 because you did not have a filing requirement, you can use the link below to register for your stimulus tax payment.
You would only use the above site if you do not have any income tax filing requirements for 2019.

I register because I sidnt file for 2019 or 2018 I just registered to update my direct deposit information and when i check my turbo tax it says 2019 federal refund and it says 0 did i do something wrong
No, you did it right.
The stimulus check is not a refund, it is just a payment authorized by the government.
You filed a zero dollar return with TurboTax so the IRS would know where to send or deposit your stimulus check.
