Will my State Refund be garnished for unpaid student loans or just my Federal Refund?

When I filed my Federal Refund was garnished for my unpaid student loans. I'm wondering if they will also take my State Refund for garnishment as well? I'm unclear as to if a State Refund can be garnished for Student Loans. I live in the state of Georgia if that helps with my question.
