Will my refund be deposited into my account earlier than what the IRS tracker says since I have direct deposit?

The IRS tracker says it will be deposited by February 26. Does that mean TurboTax will deposit it five days earlier since I have direct deposit?

@bbherman1989 All the stuff you are seeing on the forum about "five days early" pertains to users who paid $25 for a special offer:

If you did not use that offer then you should just watch the IRS refund site for the issue of your refund.  The IRS also advises people to allow up to five days after their date to receive the refund.

You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount  (line 35a of your 2024 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:
