We would not have a way to know that information. The IRS and your local state have separate refunding procedures and schedules, which means your refunds are processed separately and possibly at different times with each of them. So that means many people can get their state refund before getting the federal one or vice versa. Once your return has been successfully filed with TurboTax and your state and the IRS accept them, they handle the processing and your refunds. TurboTax doesn't handle that.
