You can always file your return by mail - the 2019 AGI is only needed to help confirm your identity when you are e-filing.
Many 2020 e-filed returns have been rejected over an "incorrect" 2019 AGI - in many cases where the 2019 AGI was entered correctly.
The two most effective workarounds are to enter "0" as the AGI or to check that you did not file a return in 2019.
Also, being overseas should not keep you from accessing the IRS website for obtaining information from your 2019 return.
See What if I entered the correct AGI and I’m still getting an e-file reject? for additional information and your options.
How did you do your 2019 return? Did you use Turbo Tax online? You may be able to find it on Turbo Tax. But I vote for entering 0 for the AGI. The IRS took a long time to process 2019 returns so the AGI didn't get entered. Entering 0 is working for a lot of people.
You need your 2019 AGI to efile 2020. The AGI is on 2019 1040 line 8b. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.

If you didn't file 2019 or filed it later in the year or mailed it then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.
Or request a transcript from the IRS
