Why wasn’t I offered to get a prepaid card from TurboTax if there was a problem with my direct deposit ???

A prepaid card is an option you can choose while filing your taxes. We cannot opt you in for a prepaid card automatically.

If there is an issue with your direct deposit, the IRS will issue you a paper check.
