Why was I told to print form 8453? The last box is check, I don't think I have a Form 8949 to submit

I already hit the submit button and now I can't get back into my 2016 information.  Why is it telling me at this point to print and submit an 8949.  This form isn't in the pdf I downloaded after submission.

You must have entered summary totals for investment sales instead of entering the individual sales. You have to mail a statement showing the details of the sales. It doesn't have to be on Form 8949, but it has to contain the same information as Form 8949. If you have a brokerage statement listing the sales, you can send a copy of that, attached to the Form 8453.
