Why was I denied the advance? I was told by a rep that it was cuz I had a dependent or recovery rebate yet my husband as well has those and he got the advance

I filed and was accepted b4 the 15th I spoke with rep b4 then to. And I was even told I qualified for 500 and I then filed and was denied and as said above was the explanation for it so that's not the appropriate answer thank u tho
