I am having the same issue. It started last evening April 14 the day before the government launched the app to check payment status. I think a lot of people are trying to access the app. I can’t log in or access any money from my vault. I hope it clears up soon.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. This may help. It is possible that the site is getting more requests than what it is designed to handle due to the extraordinary circumstances.
i been locked out my card i put the wrong pin cause i have other cards and lock me the app is down so i cant reset my pin that was 2days ago been calling the customer service nunber noone picking up i cant even get milk for my baby out work and this is crazy i paid for card and can't get representative finally got through today told my situation was supposed to get call back from manger they said half hour now its going on 2hrs i feel like crying i have money on my card and they dont care I'm never using this turbo tax again my baby birthday tomorrow and i have nothing and out of work i just wanna cry
