This morning I called so that someone can confirm that a check was in fact sent on 3-9-2022, which is what I was told yesterday. The automated prompts stated yesterday and this morning that and application for a cash advance loan had been received; I have never and would never take out a loan with these people. Then when I called back it said a check was sent today, 3-15-2022. Then when someone actually called me back because I opted for the call back as opposed to waiting on hold for hours , the woman states that no account can be found? What are these people trying to pull? I have had ongoing correspondence with reps from SBTPG since 2-16-2022 and now suddenly my account disappears? I think not!
To be clear I have notes and other detailed records showing EVERY point of contact with these people to cover myself. Looks like my BBB, and AGofCC complaints haven't worked so I'll be moving on to the FDIC and FTC.

All you can do now is, wait. At least you know that the IRS has your filing. It does not matter who sent your 1040 to the IRS. The IRS is the sole destination for tax returns. No one has discovered a way to make the IRS speed up sending out refunds. No one ever will because the IRS is an overwhelmed, over worked, under funded and under staffed government bureaucracy. Eventually you will get the pay off of your no interest loan to the government.
Have you thought of paying just enough by estimates or withholding to avoid a penalty and let the government wait for your check?
@ee-ea I'm sorry WHAT? WTH are you even talking about? Did you even read my comment or did you just copy and paste a response once you saw the word loan? I DO NOT HAVE A LOAN WITH SBTPG. I DO NOT OWE THE IRS MONEY. SBTPG has had my return since February 2, 2022, and has put me through the wringer because they are a garbage company without any care or concern for the people who's money they are stealing.
