Everyday that I call the date that they have supposedly sent out this supposed check, it changes to the date of the day that I'm calling. On March 3rd, it said that they mailed the check on the 3rd, on the 4th it said they mailed it on the 4th, on the 6th they said that they mailed it on the 6th, same thing on the 7th and the 8th and now today the 9th. I'm starting to think these checks are fictional.
And after I filed a complaint with the BBB, I tried to speak to a representative the next day, trying to get an ETA on my money, and was told that they could not provide me with any information on my account because I filed a complaint. Can they even do that?

I don’t think they continue communication after a formal complaint
but good news is they have finally changed it to a cashiers check for me so I’m going to assume they’re actually taking action on yours now.

Supposedly their system is messed up and the automated system says the day u call. U have to speak to a representative but seems their information is false as well so I’m not sure. But I have talked to the IRS and turbo tax and they cannot keep your money. Can they hold it for awhile yes. But they cannot keep it. So someday I guess lol
Mine says cashiers check but no date. So idk if that means anything anymore

they received mine on Feb 2nd and I started reaching out on the 17th
I just keep calling and asking for a date. When they give me different ones I explain I’ve had multiple and they say it was sent out. So we shall see. Can only have faith from here I guess

They definitely are holding refunds to collect interest. Pathetic.
I also found out they charged me an additional 30 dollars for the fee for printing a check. So technically they owe me 39 dollars for the bank fee because it never was deposited to my bank. So I’m going to try to fight that as well. What they are doing is not ok and no explanation. And their staff is awful, very rude, laughs because you haven’t gotten your money and has babies screaming in the back ground. One lady was talking to someone she was with while speaking to me. Just super unprofessional.
They refused to acknowledge any of my help tickets but are quick to address them now with the BBB complaint out there. Simply amazing
Yeah I sent a help ticket a week ago and no response
I got my refund today. About $2000 short from IRS then what I was told I am getting. What is going on??

you cant keep telling us to call IRS and SBTPG its all a back and forth game! its very frustrating it makes me feel very unease that my bank and SS information is out there to a whole other company that supposedly you don't know nothing about! don't you think that is a problem!!!
IRS says they sent what they were supposed to, SBTPG took out 1200 and now turbo tax has no idea who they are, WTF!!!! this is ridiculous definitely NEVER using Turbo tax again!!!
