Why is my signature not being accepted on the advance loan agreement?

When typing in my name on loan agreement signature, "Your full name doesn't match" shows as error message.  I have tried everything, but the system will not accept my typed signature.

Look at the typed version of your name . Is it all caps? If so type it that way
