No one at TurboTax knows anything about your refund after your return has been accepted by the IRS for processing. Once the return has been accepted, TurboTax is done, and the IRS is in control. You do not mention how long ago you filed.
First check to see if the return was accepted:

If it was accepted, then your only source of information is now the IRSYou need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20a of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
