My refund was except 2/4 and is still pending. Is this normal?

Pending comes before acceptance, so I am confused by your question. The normal process of efilings is transmitted>pending>accepted>processing>approved. If you filed 2/4 your return should be at least in the accepted/processing status. The IRS estimates that most refunds will be sent within three weeks after your e-filed returns are accepted. Many refunds will come sooner. You can check the status of your refund by going to www.irs.gov/refunds. You can also click here to see a chart with estimated refund dates based on the date your return was accepted by the IRS.
My refund was accepted a couple weeks ago. I egoless on 2/4 but I still have not received my refund and the irs website to tack my refund says it cannot give me any information. What do I di?
The status on the IRS website may change and state we cannot find a record of your return or that you have put in incorrect information when tracking it, but this can all be normal in the process. Don't worry, sometimes it can take more than 48-72 hours to process. TurboTax is not connected to the IRS or state department(s) of revenue refund tracking tools. We don't receive real time updates from the IRS. The IRS releases most refunds within 21 calendar days after the e-filed return has been accepted (received), not 21 days from the e-filing date. If accepted by the IRS, you can check your refund status below:
