Why is my flex loan application still pending its been 6 days and still stuck on pending

@Bsch4477 The flex loans are a very new thing for this year and are not tied to the user's return being accepted by the IRS.   These are loans for which the users will pay interest; they do not even have to use TT to prepare their return.  They just have to re-pay the loan....with interest.

@8282828 There should be a phone number on the screen for the loan that you can call.   This is too new and we know little about these "flex loans."

Ahh. So it is basically a short term loan which can be paid in part or full by a subsequent refund.

mines been the same way since Monday I've called a few times, but they keep saying they're escalating it and someone should call me. Unfortunately no one has called me yet

That program has been paused. No word on when it will resume.

no still haven't heard anything called a few times they keep lying saying someone will call me or I will get an email. It's been a whole month. Nothing yet
