Why is my 2021 amended NY State return not including $120 child tax credit or the tax payment made to the state last April?

I started an amended 2021 return. All of the federal numbers match the 2021 tax return that I filed in April 2022. The amended Federal return is at $0 which is what I would expect. However, the NY return is showing that I owe $120 + the amount that I paid to NY last April. Upon closer examination of the NY amended return, it looks like TurboTax included a $120 child tax credit last April but is NOT including it in the amended return. It also looks like TurboTax is also trying to re-send the payment that I already paid to NY state last April. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a major software bug?
