Did you use a different account for 2020?
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Yeah, the PDF for 2020 seems to be a recurring problem for others too, and you might need to call Customer Support.
I "Seem" to recall that there was a significant change that occurred AFTER the start of the filing season (Jan 2021), and it especially affected those who filed early......and that could have messed up the before/after PDF files.
Call Customer Support on a weekday to see what's up (they may be clueless too).
