Why is it taking so long to hit my account after the stgp already issue it

I was thinking the same thing. TurboTax kept pushing the get your refund on a credit karma card and get it up to 5 days faster bit.  So I signed up for credit karma. My funds have been released to CK for a day now and they still haven't posted to my account. Tomorrow is the date to receive my deposit according to the IRS so yeah umm I think I got scammed to open an account.  After the SBTPG debacle last year I shouldn't have even used TT again. Next year no TurboTax for me it's just been one headache after another for years using them. I never even so much as saw an option to free file my federal but they sure jammed upgrading to pay them more money down my throat.

Have you received an email stating when your funds will be available? 

Once accepted, you will receive an email with further instructions on accessing the funds. Check  your spam folder for the email. See the TurboTax FAQ here for more information on your Refund Advance.

Please make sure the primary taxpayer information matches exactly the same as your Credit Karma account. Changing any information in one account like your password, phone number, mailing address or email doesn't automatically change it in the other account.
