Why haven't my returns been processed yet?

Specifically the state return. The message that I get when I check on it implied there may be a possible audit, but I checked everything throughout and had the guarantee.

TurboTax does not guarantee that the state will not put you under review or delay your refund.  If the state is reviewing your refund, you will just have to wait for your refund.  If they want additional information from you they will request it in a letter.  

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.
