Why have I not received my federal taxes yet? Treasury department is saying I have a credit as of September 19th

The credit is the amount of my refund.ive gotten no notices or anything.how can they just keep my taxes without any interest.

A credit on the transcript is immaterial ... did they release the refund yet ?  https://www.irs.gov/refunds

No. They haven't done anything. I have received no notices or letter of intent no explanation why this is happening at all. Another thing I thought it's had to pay interest on returns that were taking this long.
