If you set up your return as a joint return, just click Add W-2 and there should be a spot with your spouse's name so that you can add her W-2. Every income screen should have spots by name for income from either spouse.

Yes, you need to add your wife's W-2 form if you are filing jointly. Here's how to do that:

Sign in to your TurboTax account
Select Wages & Income.
To the right of Job (W-2), select Edit/ Add.
Select Add another W-2.
On the screen Who does this W-2 belong to? select her name and Continue.
Use the next few screens to import, or manually add her W-2 form.
