My tax return was sent to you on 2/16 to take out your portion and you still have yet to send me my money. Every time I call the automated system it’s keeps saying a check was issued by the date of issue keeps changing to whatever day I call. Also on the website there’s no date showing my money was sent to me. Why is my money still in your possession?

Your tax refund was not sent to TurboTax. TurboTax does not handle your refund at all.
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.

I’m having the same problem as well, the auto line says whatever date I call on and I’ve dialed four numbers to get in touch with a human. Nothing prevails, need assistance as well please?
@Jamiew09 If you are trying to reach SBTPG, please try calling at different times during the day, as the call volume is pretty high right now.
