Why doesn't turbo tax know I already received my state refund?

Sorry.  Turbo Tax will never know if or when the IRS or state sends your refund or when they get your payment.  After Turbo Tax Transmits your returns they are done with their part.  The IRS and state doesn't update Turbo Tax.  Your return will always show your return the way it was when it was filed.
