If you have more than one account, you will get mails from the other account. And in some cases, you may get emails even if you only have one account, because the marketing team does not always know that you filed (because your tax information is supposed to be private).
Just look for an unsubscribe link in the email, or log into your account and check your email settings. Note that email settings for this forum are separate from email settings from your Turbotax tax account, and if you have more than one account, each one has its own settings even if they share the same email address.
